Mrs. Edmonds graduated from Alabama A&MU with a B.S. in Computer Science.  Her experience includes over 25 years in Food, Motor, Print Manufacturing/Distribution (ISO 9001), and Epoxy Manufacturing (AS9100). Specific experience includes Inventory Management, Production Planning, Customer Service, Environmental Health & Safety, and Quality Management. She has worked for companies such as Reckitt & Colman (French's Mustard), YAMAHA, G&K Team Wear, and RR Donnelley.

 

Her first exposure to ISO 9001 was with French's Mustard as an internal auditor and a supplier assessment coordinator. She was responsible for monitoring on-time shipments, and all material non-conformances. This was during the time the company was implementing Just In Time (JIT) and Point-Of-Use Storage.

Mrs. Edmonds developed and managed the ISO 9001 Quality Management system for an RR Donnelley facility in the Atlanta, GA area for 10 years. She is a lead quality auditor, trainer, facilitator, project organizer, and has extensive experience working with teams to improve process performance. Mrs. Edmonds has volunteered as a non-profit board secretary for a business institute, technology committee chair for a business development company, and co-chair of the Paulding County Small Business Alliance. She was also an active member of the NAPW Atlanta Chapter.

ProcedurePros, LLC came into existence as a result of Mrs. Edmonds leaving a job after eight years and creating training material for her successor. She wanted to make sure the instructions were easy to follow, so she used a lot of visual aids with notes and put all of the information into a binder for the training. When she relocated to Atlanta and started working for another company, she realized the need for every company to have documented instructions to follow. She had no idea she would end up writing procedures, managing quality management systems, consulting, auditing and training other organizations regarding quality standards.
