ProcedurePros has added the Quality Tracker as a tool for storing documents, approving documents, tracking customer complaints, corrective and preventive action, quality audit information and training for our clients. This tool is Web-based and is protected by username and password. We will use this tool so our clients can outsource their quality management program with us. This is a huge savings for organizations that do not have a quality manager, internal auditors, or trainers. ProcedurePros, LLC was founded by Beverly Edmonds in 2006. Our experience includes 22 years in Food, Motor and Print Manufacturing/Distribution. Specific job responsibilities include Inventory Management, Production Planning, Customer Service, Quality Management and Environmental Health and Safety.
The company focus was initially on organizing businesses and targeting micro-entrepreneurs in the Atlanta, GA area.
For 2012, the company is targeting the federal, state and local government and gearing up to work with women government contractors and women looking to do business with the government.
Our recent clients include The Global Institute of Enterprise Development (www.theglobal-institute.com) for whom we documented procedures for the Webinar process and provided technical support for the monthly Webinar presentations and training sessions.
We are also working with Real Parents, Inc. (www.realparents.net), on maintaining and submitting its quarterly reports for the HUD Housing Counseling Program.

It includes defining responsibilities of all the people involved in the project, setting clear goals and objectives, establishing logical steps to reach the goals and objectives, identifying the necessary resources, an implementation approach, and defining the measures of success.
